How to Order

1. Go to the following link
2. Select Your Items: Choose your preferred design, style, and quantity.

• 2 Designs available: Design 1 (Hoover Hawks 2027) and Design 2 (Hawks)
• 5 Styles available: T-Shirt, Long Sleeve, Crewneck, Hoodie, 1/4 Zip
  Please Note: If you want to order more than one design or style you will have place an order for each one.

2. Customize: Add the wording, colors and the sizes you require. Options available are:

• Wording: Cross Country, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling, Track and Field, Dance and Staff.
• Color: Black, Grey, White, or Blue
• Size: Youth L to Adult XXL

3. Provide Student Details: Enter your student’s full name and grade at checkout for school delivery.
4. Make Payment (Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Vemno, Applepay)

Important Dates & Delivery

1. Ordering Window: The 1st through the 14th of every month.
2. Production & Delivery: Production takes two weeks, with orders delivered to your student at school when ready.
3. Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered.

How to Donate

The Fundraiser is being managed by the Hoover PTSA and your donation will go directly toward supporting keeping Little Heroes at Hoover for the 2026-27 School Year.

We’re a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation is tax-deductible. Don’t forget to save your receipt for tax purposes! You’ll receive an email confirmation after your donation for your records.

You can donate in the following ways;

2. Cash or Check: Please drop off cash or checks paid payable to Herbert Hoover Middle PTSA in an envelope at the Hoover Front office for the attention of the Claire Baylis PTSA Treasurer.

5. Corporate Matching: If your employer participates in corporate matching if you make a donation please consider asking them to match it.

What are we fundraising for

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year! We are raising funds to support Hoover Students, Teachers and our community!

Presently PTSA funds go towards;

• Our Hawk Rise Program
• Our Teacher Grants Program
• Our students activities – After School Activities, lunchtime activities, dances, 8th promotion, field trips
• Our Community Events
  • School Events – Fiesta con las familias, Holiday Lights, Pride Fest
  • PTSA Events – Dia De Los Muertos and more
• Our School Improvement Program – Grants to Departments, Emergency Bins
• Campus Beautification – Clean Campus Initiative
• CJSF AWARDS

The first PTSA meeting of the year on Wednesday the 20th of August was a great success!

Please see the slides presented; we voted in new volunteer officers, presented the budget, talked through the proposed events and fundraisers for the year, reporting on all our activities that have all ready happened this year.

¡La primera reunión del PTSA del año, el miércoles 20 de agosto, fue un gran éxito!

Por favor, consulten las diapositivas presentadas; votamos por nuevos oficiales voluntarios, presentamos el presupuesto, discutimos los eventos y recaudaciones de fondos propuestas para el año, y reportamos todas nuestras actividades que ya han tenido lugar este año.

Esperamos verlos en la próxima reunión, que será el miércoles 17 de septiembre de 2025 a las 5:00 p.m. en el Centro de Recursos Familiares, Sala 75.

We have had a busy start of the school year! It started with Schedule Pick Up on the 28th and 29th of July. / ¡Hemos tenido un comienzo de año escolar muy ocupado! Comenzamos con la entrega de horarios los días 28 y 29 de julio.

We then provided 3 mornings of back to school breakfasts of the Hoover Staff on the 4th, 5th and 6th of August. / Posteriormente ofrecimos tres mañanas de desayunos de regreso a clases para el personal de Hoover los días 4, 5 y 6 de agosto.

Then finished of the week hosting a 1st Day of School welcome for all parents in RM 75 the Family Resource Center. / Luego cerramos la semana con una bienvenida para todos los padres en el primer día de clases, en el Salón 75 del Centro de Recursos Familiares.

It was great for the PTSA to meet so many existing and new Hoover families! We are excited for the year to come and building our Hoover Community. / ¡Fue estupendo para la PTSA conocer a tantas familias de Hoover, tanto nuevas como ya establecidas! Estamos entusiasmados por el año que se avecina y por fortalecer nuestra comunidad Hoover.
