Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics Donates to Hoover’s “The Quad Makeover”

On Monday October 9th, Hoover’s PTSA President Stephanie Ligsay accepted a check from Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics to support Hoover Middle School’s Quad Makeover Project!
